The booking will be confirmed after the transfer of the 20% advance.

Balance will be paid one month prior arrival.

We will send a voucher upon receipt of the balance payment.


The advance is not refundable. For cancellation made prior to 2 weeks, the
balance could be used as a credit for a future stay. No refunds for
cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival.

Minimum of 3 nights stay.
The indicated occupancy for the villa is a maximum (please contact us for
babies under 3).

Arrival and departure can be on any day (subject to availability).

Indicated rates are weekly (7 nights). We recalculate the fare according to
the number of nights booked.

Check-in: 2:00PM

Check out: 11AM

If the house is available the night before or after your stay, these
schedules are flexible.

If you specifically want an early check in or a late check out, please contact
us. The extra amount will be half of a night fare.
