An old colonial villa carefully restored to keep the original character and
to provide luxury and modern comforts.

The size of the villa is 141 sqm and sleeps 5/6 people in three air conditioned bedrooms with four poster beds – two doubles (one with a queen sized bed) and the third with two single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a living room, kitchen and a veranda for relaxing and dining overlooking the 40 foot long private swimming pool and the lake.

Breakfast, daily housekeeping, laundry, boat trips and wi-fi are all included.

The private 40 foot infinity swimming pool has a maximum depth of 5 feet and provides a great place to relax, whilst listening to the birds and enjoying the serenity of the lake. We have our own boat for exploring the lake, kayaks and a standing paddle board. Other activities at the property include boules, table tennis, badminton and croquet.

Fishing trips can be arranged with the local fishermen and massages can be booked with a local masseur.

The villa is about 15 minutes by tuk-tuk from some quiet and beautiful
beaches.

Nearby Ambalangoda is a lively town with many things to see, including the famous mask factory and museum and an historical bell tower. Not far away can be found the longest reclining Buddha statue in South Asia, a moonstone mine and turtle and fish farms.

Our manager will be on hand to arrange your transportation and excursions. Transportation to Colombo airport will also be arranged on request in an air-conditioned mini-van at a cost of Rs 10,500 each way.
